Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions

What counts as a lookup?
Each unique phone number you search counts as one lookup. Searching the same number multiple times within 24 hours only counts once, so you can re-check numbers without using additional lookups.
How accurate is the information?
We use real-time carrier data and multiple spam databases to provide the most accurate information possible. Carrier and location data is typically 99%+ accurate. Caller ID names depend on the number being registered with a name in carrier databases.
Can I look up any phone number?
WSTTM supports all US phone numbers including landlines, mobile phones, and VoIP numbers. International numbers are not currently supported but may be added in the future.
Do unused lookups roll over?
Lookup Pass includes 50 lookups each month. They reset at the start of each monthly cycle and do not roll over, so make sure to use them before your renewal date.
How do I manage my Lookup Pass subscription?
Lookup Pass is managed on verirouteintel.com, our parent site. Sign in there to update your payment details or make changes to your subscription. It's one simple plan — $19.99/mo · 50 lookups included · cancel anytime.
What is the watchlist feature?
The watchlist lets you save phone numbers you want to monitor. You can add notes to each number and quickly reference them later. It's perfect for tracking suspicious callers or keeping a list of numbers you've researched.
How do I report a spam number?
After looking up a number, you'll see a "Report Spam" button on the results page. Click it, select the type of spam (robocall, scam, telemarketer, etc.), and submit. Your report helps our community by improving spam detection for everyone.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your lookup history is private and only visible to you. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. We never sell your personal information or lookup data to third parties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel Lookup Pass anytime on verirouteintel.com — no phone calls, no hoops. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. The free basic lookup on WSTTM stays free either way.
