What counts as a lookup?
Each unique phone number you search counts as one lookup. Searching the same number multiple times within 24 hours only counts once.
What's the difference between a subscription and credits?
Subscriptions give you a set number of lookups each month — great if you check numbers regularly. Pay As You Go credits never expire and are ideal if you only need lookups occasionally. Credits are more expensive per lookup but have no recurring charge.
Do credits expire?
No. Pay As You Go credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them. Subscription lookups reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
How does the Family plan work?
The Family plan includes one primary account and up to 2 additional family members. The account holder invites members via email, and everyone shares the monthly lookup pool.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated), and downgrades apply at your next billing date.
How accurate is the data?
We use real-time carrier data and multiple spam databases. Carrier and location data is typically 99%+ accurate.
